Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastas, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your Wildgrain experience. If your box arrived damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, please reach out so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of any damaged packaging or product quality concerns immediately upon delivery to help us improve our shipping process.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our Member Experience team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your box, including your order number and any photos.
- 3.Resolution Review
Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours to determine the best solution, such as a box credit or a fresh replacement shipment.
- 4.Enjoy or Dispose
Since we do not require you to ship items back, you may dispose of the unsatisfactory product or keep any unaffected items from your delivery.
